September 2013 Do we ever know where history is really made?
On invitation of Extrapool I wrote a proposal for a performace and print event with I and four by me invited artists, will each develop a publication (that will be printed in Extrapool's printshop called Knust) parallel to a performance engaging with the question Do we ever know where history is really made? raised in the essay film Sans Soleil by Chris Marker in 1983. Invited artists are: Jetske de Boer, Patrícia Sousa, Marija Sujica & Miek Zwamborn. We will collaborate with Stefano Faoro on the design.

8-14 March- MINI residency in Cologne at Opekta. Within the framework of the exchange the upcoming months between the collectives Opekta Cologne & Het Wilde Weten Rotterdam I am this week in Cologne to make some first staps towards the development of a new work.

The proposal I wrote for a project in Valparaíso is selected for a residency period at CRAC Valparaíso, Chile.
The residency will take place in April, May and June 2013. The residency is part of the temporary artist-in-residence
places offered by the Mondriaan Fund, the Netherlands Foundation for Visual Arts, Design and Architecture.

At the invitation of Extrapool, the Istanbul based collective Oda Projesi will produce a Nijmegen edition of their newspaper Annex. Extrapool has invited Chris Brans, Robbie Driessen, Simon Kentgens, Eva Olthof & Mariëlle Videler to work together with Oda Projesi on this issue. Presentation of research results Friday 20th of April.
Open: 20.30 • start: 21.00 • Entrance: Free
The newspaper launch will be in June.
